Beautiful gardens the two gardens of Sainte Beuve Colette. The Journalists Association of garden and horticulture and Tourism awarded them the price of the Garden in 2009.
Both gardens are very different.
The youngest garden was designed in collaboration with the landscape architect Francis Houtin. It is organized in successive terraces, planted topiary, boxwood and ends with a small maze.
The first garden, the oldest, dating from 1985. On a gentle slope, it is organized into eight walled gardens of very different moods. The visitor moves from an English garden, with lush mixed borders, in an oriental garden atmosphere is zen ... gazebo, ponds ... nothing is missing.
